this is jose carrasco speaking to you from the island of menorca and today i'm going to show you a stunning house we are in a front-line position, as you can see, on the south coast of the island of menorca just waiting for the sunset and the property that i have for you today is quite simply spectacular occupying a plot of land of around one thousand square metres in this very privileged position with a bathing area just a few metres away it's an award-winning architectural design and highlighted for its advanced home automation system amongst other things a very advance home automation system controlling air conditioning, lighting, security
and the house is exceptional, a one-off, and very impressive as you see, it has a very large terrace made of limestone, and this wood is teak as you see it has an infinity swimming pool we are in an unbeatable location and just 50 or 60 metres away we can swim, here there is a bathing area and as i said it's just 50 or 60 metres away from the house which i'm showing it is this one and which stands out by its outside retractable cinema screen it's a real luxury to be able to enjoy this wonderful scenery and this incredible crystal-clear bathing area also here there are rings on which to moor a small boat on and from where to view this idyllic panorama
in the background we have the isla del aire with it's picturesque lighthouse as you see, all of this is an incredible setting this is the entrance with a metallic entrance hall, very elegant and from here the layout is two main bedroom suites, totally symmetrical here we have this impressive sitting room the level of comfort in this house is so much that it's impossible to show everything is a short video such as this here there is a fireplace, it doesn't lack any single detail look, there is a celebrity in the swimming pool, it just give you an idea that we are in wonderful surroundings like i said it has everything you could think of, air conditioning, central sound system, central heating
the lighting system is so varied it's difficult to explain, but has every type of lighting configuration there's recessed lighting everywhere, reading lights, ambient lighting well, the house really is marvellous let's take a look at one of the bedroom suites the bedrooms are spacious and spectacular for the quality of the material and the design i love these sliding metal doors there are sea views from here large built-in wardrobes in all of the bedrooms
all of this wall is a wardrobe these hand basins also grab our attention, they are glass and in the area behind are the toilet and shower, all impeccable and top-quality design a real work of award-winning architectural design it really surprises us and there is one thing that really stands out which is an exterior cinema screen which is here, let's activate it and from here emerges a screen to watch movies, what a setting, and while it rises let's take a look at a few other things let's take a look at another suite, or better still, let's look at the kitchen which is spectacular
just look at this kitchen, perfectly positioned towards the sea from here we can see the screen which is rising it's a house that really is fantastic, a one-off it is fully fitted-out and lacks nothing, it is really beautiful let's go and take a look at another bedroom we will not look at everything as it would make the video too long, but we'll look at another bedroom we have another bedroom suite as i said, it has everything, television in the bedrooms, central music system here we can also see the sea
the materials are all of the highest quality and let's, well first look here, it's all very appealing it's very functional as this house is built all on one level and here we have more bedrooms, there are five bedrooms in all look at this bedroom, it has an incredible view of the sea, and in the distance there's a small fishing boat coming back in as you see from here there's an incredible view it really is a very contemporary design, very striking this bathroom is shared by the two bedrooms it has a shower
